Elephant herds have a matriarchal structure: they are families, led by the eldest female, whose members help and take care of each other; the males remain with the herd only while they are young, then they are sent away.
Elepufs are also social animals – it is in fact quite rare to see one alone – and they have a similar organization: the matriarch is the original Elepuf in fabric. The younger females, the Eleboxes, can be made of wood or cardboard. The large males, the Elepanche (Elebenches), are made of wood.
All Elepufs have excellent memories and know how to keep secrets.
Behind their right ear is the memory drawer.
The design is essential and identical for each member of the family; only colors and materials change.
Part of the proceeds from the sale of the Elepufs goes to help real elephants.
